This privacy notice sets out how Regenerate Outcomes and all its subsidiaries will use personal data as part of its legal obligations regarding the Data Protection Act 2018 and Article 13 and 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What personal data is being collected and how is it being used?
Personal data (for example your name, telephone number, or address) is collected and stored so Regenerate Outcomes can efficiently manage the stages and communications of our regenerative farming programme. This programme involves multiple stakeholders and from time to time these parties require certain personal data in order to carry out their respective services to your farm. Your personal information will only be used by Regenerate Outcomes for the purposes of delivering programme services and the data will at all times be stored in a secure manner. A Microsoft Sentinel Security Operations Centre has been established to protect personal data against cyber attacks and we also enlist employees onto cybersecurity training courses.

We will only manage personal data for the purposes described above and are committed to protecting your personal data according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who are you sharing your personal data with?
Regenerate Outcomes contracts with various programme suppliers, including Agricarbon Ltd., Understanding Ag LLC., and the Validation and Verification Body (VVB). Each of Regenerate Outcomes’ suppliers is responsible for their respective upkeep of GDPR equivalent standards at all times.

How long will your personal data be stored?
Regenerate Outcomes will store personal data for up to 10 years. If you decide to exit a programme your personal data will be deleted from the Regenerate Outcomes database within a period of 6 months.


Will my data be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA)?
The data you provide will not be transferred outside the EEA.

Will my data be used for automatic decision-making?
No
